Jim Earnhardt holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and has worked extensively in the field of chemical dependency for more than 10 years.

Prior to coming to Hightower Intervention Services, Jim spent five years as a counselor in a highly respected Malibu, California residential treatment center and was instrumental in developing an equally-respected Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program and Sober High School in Brentwood, California.

Jim is dedicated to the development of community resources for recovery, utilizing a 12-step approach as well as other proven treatment modalities. His passion, widespread experience and knowledge exemplify the Hightower Intervention Service’s commitment to excellence.
