			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span>The third annual FADAA Conference, Turning Hope into Action: Innovation and Inspiration</span>, will emphasize the movement of our field toward use of technology and evidence-based practices.  There will be two and a half days of workshops on treatment, recovery, human resources, practice improvement, and prevention strategies.</p>
<p>Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association              (FADAA) is a non-profit, membership organization which represents              more than 100 community-based substance abuse treatment and prevention agencies              and over 1000 individual members throughout Florida.</p>
